F64.ro is Romania’s leading specialty retailer for photo, video, and creative equipment, operating and serving tens of thousands of professionals and enthusiasts. As a high-transaction-volume business, F64 manages hundreds of monthly accounting entries, reconciliations, and reversals — processes critical to the company’s financial integrity.

The Challenge

Driven by sustained business growth, the F64 finance and accounting team needed to streamline the management of high transaction volumes within their ERP system. Activities such as the manual processing of journal entries and reversals had become a rigid workflow, consuming lot of hours each month from their specialists. Beyond the significant human effort, these administrative routines hindered reconciliations during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, holidays) and limited the team’s capacity to focus on value-added activities.
